We Don’t Focus on One or Two Types of Metal

While some metal finishing and plating companies limit their services to coating with one or two types of metal, SPC has the capabilities to coat with numerous metal materials, which enables us to provide a reliable finishing solution for just about any customer requirement. Over the course of more than 90 years in business, we’ve perfected techniques for the application of nickel, tin, copper and zinc, as well as precious metals including gold, silver, platinum, rhodium and palladium.

We can also coat with various metal alloys such as palladium-cobalt, palladium-nickel, cobalt-boron and zinc-nickel. Additionally, we have developed a mastery of electroless plating procedures for the precise, uniform application of nickel coatings.

We Offer a Number of Additional Industrial Surface Treatment Services

Although the roots of our company may lie in electro- and electroless plating, SPC also offers a wide variety of additional industrial surface treatment services to meet our customers’ requirements. These include the use of abrasive blast systems for cleaning, polishing, edge-breaking and general surface preparation.

Other available services include plating on ceramics and plastics, chemical film coating, immersion washing, shot peening and parts cleaning. We can also design prototypes that allow you to test a process prior to mass application so you can move forward with a high level of confidence.
